We’re delighted to wrap your little one’s comfort with our muslin essentials. This page explains how we handle shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds within India.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- Once shipped, delivery time usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- Delays due to unforeseen events (weather, courier issues, or festivals) are rare but possible — we’ll keep you informed if that happens.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹1,500.
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹75 for orders below ₹1,500.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional ₹50 charge.
- Currently, we ship across most major pin codes in India.
Note: Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking link.
- Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct.
- Two delivery attempts will be made by the courier. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your Muslin Tales purchase!
If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right for you.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product; or
- You received the wrong size/colour and want an exchange.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The original invoice must be retained.
Please note: We do not accept returns for products purchased on clearance/sale unless the item is defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at muslintales@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 976 976 7605 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your order number, issue, and share clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (if your pin code is serviceable).
- For non-serviceable areas, we may request you to self-ship the product and share the courier receipt — we’ll reimburse up to ₹100 in such cases.
Refund Policy
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).
- Shipping and COD fees are not refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or colour, subject to stock availability.
- For defective or incorrect items, the exchange shipping is free.
- For voluntary exchanges (like size), the customer may bear return shipping charges of ₹75.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
- If prepaid, refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- Always check your order upon delivery and report any issue within 48–72 hours.
- Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance may not be eligible for return.
- Muslin Tales reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products (like washcloths, bibs, or nappies) may not be returnable once opened — unless defective.
